General
By submitting the order, you conclude a purchase contract with Philahandel GmbH. If you provide an email address with your data, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, which will also list the goods you ordered. The data about your order is stored by us and can be requested by you at any time. This excludes payment data, which we do not send for security reasons. You can change or cancel the purchase contract until the goods leave our premises. To change or cancel an order, simply send an email to info@philahandel.de stating your name and address. By submitting an order you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
If you wish, you will receive the general terms and conditions with the goods. Please note this in the comments field before submitting the order.

Prices
The prices in our online shops and in our price lists include statutory sales tax. They remain valid until they are replaced by other offers.

Shipment
If individual goods are not in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We also reserve the right not to fulfill an order if goods are no longer available or the customer appears dubious to us. We will cover the shipping costs for subsequent deliveries, so that shipping costs are only charged once per order. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct. If the goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, refusal of acceptance or long-term absence of the buyer, we reserve the right to charge the total costs.

Shipping
The minimum order value is 30 EUR. We charge the customer shipping costs between 3.00 euros and 9.00 euros, depending on the size of the shipment.

Cash on delivery delivery
For cost reasons there is no cash on delivery delivery.

Delivery to an EU country (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Spain)
For deliveries to an EU country, the shipping fee is EUR 16.00 unless otherwise stated in the respective shop.

Payment Methods
We generally deliver by advance payment or PayPal payment. Known customers receive delivery on account. This can be done by bank transfer or cash payment. The invoice is due immediately upon receipt. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made; resale is not permitted during this time.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Philahandel GmbH until full payment has been made.

defects
Visible defects in the goods or packaging must be reported to the respective parcel carrier immediately after they are discovered. Please report any hidden defects to Philahandel GmbH in writing within 48 hours of the goods arriving, otherwise the goods will be deemed to have been properly accepted. Claims for damages against Philahandel GmbH only exist in the event of gross negligence or intent and are limited to the amount of the actual damage caused, at a maximum to the amount of the value of the goods.

refund policy
As a buyer, you have the right to return the goods to Philahandel GmbH within two weeks of receipt.
The return must be made to the following address:

The reshipment must be affix stamped. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs for orders up to an amount of EUR 40. If the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order or if the order value is more than 40 EUR, Philahandel GmbH will bear the costs of the return. They will then be refunded as credit. Excluded from the right of return are goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.

data protection
We use the Customer data is stored exclusively to fulfill orders and in particular does not make it available to third parties. The customer data is stored by us in order to make it easier for the customer to process subsequent orders. The customer can object to this storage of their data informally. We then only save the data for processing the order and payment transaction.

Late payment
If the buyer is in default of payment for more than 30 days or 10 days if the direct debit details are incorrect, our debt collection agency will incur additional late payment costs. The buyer bears these delay costs.
